We want you to be happy with your coco pith order. This policy explains how returns, damaged items, and refunds are handled.
Damaged or incorrect items
Coco pith blocks are heavy and occasionally get damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or short of the quantity ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping where applicable.
Change of mind returns
Because coco pith is a bulk agricultural product, we are only able to accept change-of-mind returns if the item is unopened, in its original packaging, and unused. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return; return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
Once a return or damaged-item claim is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5-7 business days. You’ll receive an email once the refund has been processed.
